OFFICIAL RULES. NO PURCHASE REQUIRED. Purchasing does not improve your chances of winning. Sweepstakes begins 12:01 AM CST on February 15, 2008 and ends at 11:59 PM CST on June 30, 2008. How to Enter: When you purchase a subscription to Progressive Farmer magazine during the Sweepstakes period by mailed-in form or by online form at www.ProgressiveFarmer.com, your name will automatically be entered into the sweepstakes. You may also enter without purchasing by filling out the subscription order form online at www.ProgressiveFarmer.com and checking the entry without purchase box, or by mailing a postcard with your name, address, phone number, and e-mail address to "The PF Bush Hog Trail Hunter Sweepstakes", 2204 Lakeshore Drive Ste 415, Birmingham, AL 35209. Mailed entries must be postmarked by June 30, 2008 and received by July 7, 2008. One on-line entry per e-mail account. Each entry must be mailed separately. Open to all legal residents of the contiguous United States and Washington D.C., who have reached the age of majority in the state of their residence at the time of entry. A random drawing under the supervision of Progressive Farmer will be held by July 14, 2008. One Grand prize winner will receive a Bush Hog Trail Hunter TH440 in Bush Hog Red or Green (MSRP: $8,999.00). Winner will take delivery of prize at nearest local dealer. Prize does not include delivery charges. The difference between actual retail value and estimated retail value of prize will not be awarded. No cash in lieu of prize and no exchange, transfer or substitution of prize except at discretion of Sponsors. All federal, state, and local income taxes on prize are the responsibility of the prize winner. Any winner who cannot be easily located at address shown on entry form will forfeit prize. Selected Winner, as a condition of receiving any prize, will required to sign and return a W-9, a Statement or Affidavit of Eligibility, and a Release of Liability within 14 days following the date of first attempted notification. The prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected if the selected winner fails to sign and return any required documents within the time specified, or is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with these rules. Sponsors reserve the right to terminate, modify, or suspend Sweepstakes, and select Winner from eligible entries received at the time of termination or suspension, if, for any reason, Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned because of circumstances or causes which in the Sponsors' sole judgment, affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes. Odds of winning depend on number of entries received. By acceptance of the prize, winner consents to the use of his/her name and photo for publicity purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law. Sponsors are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, mutilated, invalid, unintelligible or misdirected entries. Facsimiles or mechanical reproductions will not be accepted. All online entrants must have a valid email address. In case of dispute as to identity of entrant, entry will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at time of entry.
