TO ENTER: Two ways: (1) Complete the entry form in the back of the magazine; then mail it to "Progressive Farmer/Raise the Barn Giveaway", P.O. Box 2581, Birmingham, AL 35202. (2) Or, complete the entry form provided by Progressive Farmer Magazine on the internet at ProgressiveFarmer.com. All online entries must be received by 12:00 pm CST July 1, 2005. Mailed entries must be postmarked by July 1, 2005 and received by July 8, 2005. One entry per email account. Each mailed entries must be mailed separately. Winner will be selected in a random drawing, held no later than July 15, 2005, conducted by Progressive Farmer, whose decisions are final. Ten Grand Prize Winners will each receive one (1) two night/three day trip for two to the Progressive Farmer Idea House and Farmstead in West End, NC, and tickets to a live concert by Blake Shelton at the House. Trip includes round-trip coach airfare to Raleigh, NC from the major terminal located closest to Winner's home, two nights lodging (standard, double occupancy) at a hotel, to be selected by Sponsor, located in Pinehurst, NC. Ground transportation to and from the airport in North Carolina and the Idea House and Concert will be provided. All expenses not specifically outlined above, including meals and miscellaneous expenses not included. Estimated retail value of each prize is $3,000. (Total ERV: $30,000) The difference between the estimated retail value and the actual retail value will not be awarded. Winner must be a resident of the contiguous U.S., excluding New York and Florida, and be 21 years or older. The Raise the Barn Giveaway prize is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize with a prize of equal or greater value based on availability. Odds of winning depend on number of entries received. All entries become the property of sweepstakes sponsor and will not be returned. Sweepstakes sponsor and administrator are not responsible for lost, misdirected, or delayed mail or postcard entries, or for any errors in transmission, or for any damage to participant's computer resulting from participation in this promotion, and may suspend or cancel this promotion at any time if it becomes corrupted. Winner will be notified by July 15, 2005. Any winner who cannot be easily located at the address and/or phone number shown on entry form will forfeit prize. Winner will be required to complete and sign a statement of eligibility and release of liability and a W-9 form. By acceptance of prize, winner consents to use of name and/or photograph in promotional material without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. By entering this sweepstakes, entrant agrees to receive future promotional information from sponsors. Employees of Southern Progress, its affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies and suppliers and the families of each are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.
